Indoor spaces from 400 m², outdoor zones, hotels and industrial spaces, and scrubbing (dry + wet) are always bespoke. We take measurements on site and you receive a fixed price — plan the site visit.
Purchase
Prefer to own the machine?
Every machine class — vacuum robots and scrubber robots alike — is available for purchase as well. Purchase prices are available on request. If you wish, you can combine a purchased machine with one of the management levels below, so that availability and reporting stay arranged.
Management
For purchased or existing machines
If you own machines — bought from us or already in place — we take over the management at three levels. The price depends on your fleet and locations: you receive it on request.
Commissioning and integration are included as a fixed item in your proposal after the free site visit.

Which spaces is leasing available for?
We offer leasing for office spaces up to 400 m²: €100/month below 100 m², €250/month up to a maximum of 400 m². For all other spaces — larger areas, outdoor zones and scrubbing — you receive a fixed price after the free site visit.
Can I buy the machine instead?
Yes. Every machine class — vacuum robots and scrubber robots alike — is available for purchase as well. Purchase prices are available on request; during the site visit we compare leasing and buying for your situation. If you wish, you can combine a purchased machine with a management package.
What does scrubbing (dry + wet) cost?
Scrubbing is always bespoke: floor type, surface area, water points and frequency determine the machine class. You receive a fixed price after the free site visit.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, without exception. We come to your site, take measurements and give honest advice. No hidden costs.
What does commissioning cost?
Commissioning depends on the floor area and the complexity. It is included as a fixed item in your proposal after the free site visit — no surprises afterwards.
What if I have several locations?
You receive one proposal per location and one invoice. With three or more locations we discuss a volume discount during the site visit.
Which robot brands does Robovloer work with?
We deploy machines from Nexaro (dry vacuuming) and Gausium (vacuuming and scrubbing). In doing so we stay independent: we select the machine that best suits your situation.
Is maintenance part of management?
At the Operational level, preventive maintenance and follow-up are included. At Monitor and Management, interventions are listed separately in the proposal.
